Visual Artist Annegret Saltou's work marks a fundamental reference point in the feminist art of the 1970s and 1980s, She uses photomontages of her own body and face sewn or collaged with black thread are her most well known works. I enjoyed the layout and structures of her collages especially the breakdown and repair of the body and face.ties up her face with tight threads of black silk, just like a cocoon, of which she makes a photographic record that is subsequently stitched by following a geometric pattern that resembles a sign.

Raoul Hausmann (July 12, 1886 – February 1, 1971) was an Austrian artist and writer. One of the key figures in Berlin Dada, his experimental photographic collages, sound poetry and institutional critiques would have a profound influence on the European Avant-Garde in the aftermath of World War I.

I looked into the artist Yutaka Inagawa I loved how he structures and layout his collages therefore I adhere to his style of work. Yutaka Inagawa is a Japanese artist trained in painting, line drawing and photography who specialises in exploiting digital photomontage. He says that ' I intend these photo montages to reflect the puzzling nature of the inspiration behind the work – the Galapagos syndrome-like confusion of origin and reckless metamorphosis of identity which is notably seen in contemporary Japanese culture.'
