I research many artists on Pinterest as I looked inspiration for my tasks on personal space I found the artist Micheal Landy whose work named Semi-Detached which is a major site-specific installation which focuses on the house he grew up in and I had been exactly replicated by Landy.
I especially enjoyed Chiharu Shiota’s works and his use of everyday objects like a bed or shoes she explores the relationship between these objects. I think her work is very intricate and delicate even as some fill entire rooms.
I also really enjoyed researching Alberto Giacometti who is a sculptor, painter, draughtsman and a printmaker. I love his way of working and technique shown in his sculptures which conveys a surrealistic effect. He represents the human figure in a convincing illusion of real space.
